Cascade Cuff

The Cascade Cuff showcases a flowing, linear design, creating a graceful movement on the wrist. Etched in solid sterling silver, this bold cuff bracelet is based on the Cascade painting by artist Lisa L.

I transfer the image to sterling silver, and then etch it deeply. The image is then hand-sawn from the metal sheet, and refined to smoothness with files.

The cuff bracelet is formed by hammering it around a mandrel; once completed, it is cleaned and polished. Patina is applied to make the images pop; a final polish, and simple shadows of grass have turned into a statement bracelet.
