A favorite piece of mine, the Gods Eye, was inspired by a childhood memory.  My aunt had a small gift shop and she made Gods Eye wall hangings.  We also used to make them in camp.  I saw no reason why I couldn't have a Gods Eye necklace, and so a cool piece of jewelry was born from a happy memory. And balloons!  Sort of a challenge inspiration, but so much fun to succeed at.Art Deco....the challenge of cutting these symmetrically, perfectly, and then soldering them in perfect symmetrical layers..... Inspiration, takes so many forms.  Staying tuned into it is like being in synch with your sports teammates or nailing a long run.  A great feeling!
